It was long overdo, the redesign of the Nebraska Cycling News website. The layout is a lot different now, even though there is still three column layout. The left column is for the news articles, center column for feature stories and other articles. The right column is for sponsors and affiliates. The other thing that was done, moving the navigation links to the top in a horizontal flavor instead of the vertical in the left column. After I did this it seems number of other cycling news sites were working on the same thing. Just funny that it happened that way.

At the very bottom are a number categories with the more recent headlines. These may have cycled from the main news area to there or they went directly there. The regional and national news may take the more direct path. 

Couple other things was the addition of a couple more banner areas to offer another style of banner than the small tile. Also here the rates are offered in a shorter time frame so advertiser could promote a sale for a couple weeks a head of time. Also the banners would change more often grabbing some ones attention. 

Overall the response has be very positive. There's a few more improvements in the works for the very near future. Stay tuned!
